Privacy Policy

We collect as little data as possible and retain it for as short a time as possible. You don’t need an account to view the website or make a reservation, and we never sell your information. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how you can have it deleted.

1. Who We Are

The data controller is YourAngels, which operates the website yourangels.gr.

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO). For any questions or requests, please email us at the address above.

2. What data do we collect?

• Reservations: phone number, name, and appointment details, so we can process your reservation. This information is deleted 24 hours after the appointment.
• Reviews: username, text, rating, and email address (which is not published), with your consent. These remain visible as long as the review is published.
• Newsletter: Email address and proof of consent (time, IP address). These are deleted as soon as you unsubscribe.
• Metrics: pages you viewed and device, only if you accept cookies. They are deleted after 2 months.
• Security: IP addresses and server logs, based on legitimate interest. They are deleted after 15 days.

We do not sell data. Our website hosting and operations providers (Cloudways, Cloudflare, Google, Weglot) process this data on our behalf; those located outside the EU are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. If you make a booking via WhatsApp or Viber, the app’s privacy policy also applies.

3. Cookies

We use two types of cookies:

• Essential. They store your 18+ confirmation, language, and cookie preferences, and protect the website from malicious traffic (Cloudflare). They do not require consent.
• Analytics (Google Analytics). These show us which pages are being viewed, in general terms. They load only if you accept them.

We do not use advertising cookies. You can change your settings at any time by clicking the “Cookie Settings” link at the bottom of each page, or you can delete them from your browser.

4. Safety, Minors, and Models

Security. The website operates exclusively over HTTPS. Only those who need the data for their work have access to it. Reservation data is also deleted from our mobile devices at the end of the retention period. If a data breach occurs that affects you, we will notify you and the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (HDPA) as required by the GDPR.

Minors. This website is for adults only (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if we learn that we have such data, we delete it immediately.

Models. The models’ information (photos, videos, profile descriptions) is published with their written consent, which they may revoke at any time. Age verification documents and consent forms are stored separately, are never published, and are retained for [time] after the end of the collaboration. Profiles are removed as described in Section 6 of the Terms of Use.

5. Your Rights

You can request:

• access to your data and a copy of it;
• correct or delete them;
• restriction of processing;
• portability (data in file format);
• objection to processing based on legitimate interests;
• Withdrawal of consent, without affecting anything that happened previously.

Email us at [email protected]. We’ll respond within a month. To unsubscribe from the newsletter, simply click the unsubscribe link in any email. For a review you’ve written, please send us the link to your profile and the username you used.

If you believe that we have not respected your rights, you may file a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (1-3 Kifissias, 115 23 Athens, www.dpa.gr).

6. Changes

When our policy changes, we update the date at the top. If a change affects a purpose for which you have given us your consent, we will ask for your consent again.
