These terms apply to the use of the website yourangels.gr and its pages in any language, which is managed by YourAngels, 140 Andrea Syngrou Avenue, Athens

1. For adults only (18+) and acceptance of the terms

1.1. This Website contains adult content and is intended exclusively for individuals 18 years of age and older. If you are under 18, or under the age of majority in the country from which you are accessing the Website (if that age is higher), you are not permitted to use the Website and must leave it immediately.

1.2. By accessing the Website, you represent that you are an adult, that access to such content is legal where you are located, and that you will not allow a minor to view the content on your device.

1.3. Parents and guardians can restrict minors’ access using parental control tools. The Website does not knowingly collect data from minors.

1.4. Reservations are accepted only from adults. We reserve the right to request proof of age prior to any appointment and to refuse or cancel a reservation if there is any doubt.

1.5. By using the Website, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Website. We may change these terms; the new version is effective as of the “Last Updated” date shown at the top.

2. The Role of YourAngels

2.1. YourAngels is an escort agency in Athens. It features profiles of adult escorts known as “Models,” accepts booking requests from clients, and forwards them directly to the Models.

2.2. "The Models are independent professionals and are not employees of YourAngels."

2.3. The prices published on the Website refer to the escort time listed on each profile and are subject to change until the reservation is confirmed.

2.4. No payment is due simply because a booking has been made. Each Model is free to make her own decisions and may refuse or cancel the appointment at any time.

2.5. The Website is not an app and does not require a user account. YourAngels does not have an official mobile app.

3. Models: age, consent, and photos

3.1. All Models appearing on the Website were 18 years of age or older at the time each photo and video was taken. Before a profile is published, we verify a photo ID that includes a photo and date of birth.

3.2. Each Model has provided written consent for the publication of their profile, photos, videos, and personal information. They may revoke this consent at any time, without providing a reason and at no cost, in which case the profile will be removed in accordance with Section 6.

3.3. The photographs and videos are the property of YourAngels or are used with the permission of the copyright holder and the model herself. Copying, republishing, or editing them without written permission is prohibited.

3.4. The photographs are actual photographs of the Model. Editing is limited to lighting, color, and blurring of the face for privacy reasons.

3.5. Profiles that are not available are displayed as “Unavailable” and cannot be booked.

4. Reservations, Payments, and Conduct

4.1. Reservations can be made by phone, via WhatsApp, or via Viber using the numbers listed on the Contact page. A reservation is valid only after we have confirmed it.

4.2. Payment is made in cash at the beginning of the appointment. The amount is the one confirmed at the time of booking. Travel expenses outside Athens are disclosed prior to confirmation.

4.3. Cancellations or changes must be made by phone at least 2 hours before the appointment. If the escort has already traveled to the location, travel expenses may be charged. If we cancel, we will notify you immediately, and you will not owe anything.

4.4. The client must respect the Model and her boundaries. The following are prohibited: violence or threats, pressuring the Model to engage in acts she does not consent to, drugs, and covert or non-consensual audio or video recording.

4.5. In the event of a violation of Section 4.4, the appointment ends immediately, with no refund, and the client will not be allowed to make new reservations.

5. Reviews

5.1. You can write a review and give a rating of 1–5 stars on a Model’s profile. The review must be based on your own actual experience.

5.2. Please use a pseudonym as your author name. We do not accept names that resemble email addresses or phone numbers. Any email address you provide will never be published.

5.3. Comments are not permitted that:

• describe sexual acts or prices for such acts;
• contain personal information (phone numbers, addresses, real names) about you, the Model, or third parties;
• are abusive, defamatory, racist, or threatening;
• They are advertisements or are written in exchange for compensation.

5.4. Reviews are moderated before they are published. We may reject, shorten, or remove a review that violates section 5.3. We do not change the rating or remove reviews simply because they are negative.

5.5. By submitting a review, you grant us the right to publish it on the Website and its translated versions. You may request its removal at any time (Section 6).

6. Request to Remove Content

6.1. If you are the person depicted in a profile, the copyright holder of a photo, or believe that certain content is illegal, please send a request to [email protected] or call 695 5768239.

6.2. In the request, write:

• the link (URL) to the page or photo;
• who you are and how you are related to the content;
• Why are you requesting the removal?;
• a contact detail.

You do not need to submit identification documents for your request to be reviewed.

6.3. Response times:

6.4. After removal, we also ask Google to remove the page from its search results. We have no control over copies on other websites, but we can provide you with a statement confirming that we did not grant permission for their use.

7. Intellectual Property, Liability, Law, and Communication

7.1. Copyright. The YourAngels name and logo, as well as the Website’s text and design, are protected under Law 2121/1993. Only personal, non-commercial use is permitted.

7.2. Prohibited Use. The automated collection (scraping) of photos or information, searching for Models’ identities through reverse image search or any other means, and any use that jeopardizes their privacy or security is prohibited.

7.3. Liability. We make every effort to ensure that the information is accurate and up-to-date, but availability and prices are subject to change until the reservation is confirmed. We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites linked to from this site. Nothing herein limits liability that cannot be limited by law, nor does it affect your rights as a consumer under Law 2251/1994.

7.4. Personal Data. Data processing (reservations, reviews, newsletters, cookies) is carried out in accordance with the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and Law 4624/2019, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link provided in each email.

7.5. Governing Law. These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to the consumer’s right to bring a claim in the court of his or her place of residence. If any provision is held to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
